On September 27, 2012, Gov. Nathan Deal administered the oath of office to two superior court judges.

Judge William Hamrick (at left) was sworn-in as superior court judge in the Coweta Judicial Circuit.Prior to his appointment, Judge Hamrick served as District 30   Senator in the Georgia General Assembly since 2000.Judge Hamrick fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge William Lee.

Judge Trent Brown (at right) was sworn-in as superior court judge in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.  Judge Brown has served as State Court Judge in Putnam County since 2008.  Judge Brown fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge John Lee Parrott.
