The Office of Human Resources, housed in the Director’s Division, provides human capital and talent management services to the AOC and external judicial branch entities. Services include: benefits and salary administration, performance reviews, policy management, professional training to enhance employee development, and maintenance of official personnel records, recruitment, and hiring.
