Firearms License

• Fees: All fees must be paid and the application must be
  processed at the time of applying. We accept cash, checks, and
  money orders.
  New applicant - $47.15
  Renewal - $47.15

• You must be at least 21 years of age and a permanent resident of Thomas County to apply for a firearms license.
• You must provide identification, such as a driver's license.
• All applications are sent to the F.B.I. and the G.B.I. for a criminal background check.
