Weddings are performed by the Magistrate at the court facilities at no cost but appointments are necessary.

A fee will be charged for wedding ceremonies performed apart from the court facilities by an off-duty Magistrate. The fee for a wedding inside the county will be determined by the magistrate performing the ceremony. Appointments are necessary.

You must have your marriage license to present to the judge at the time of any ceremony.
