Magistrate Court Fine Schedule

For fines related to citations issued before February 1, 2009, please call 404-613-5060.
If a violator fails to pay his/her fine within 7 days after the court date or within the time allotted by court after having had a trial, a $100.00 late fee will be added to the fine amount.
