When filing a Notice of Appeal from the Magistrate Court of Fulton county, you must:

Pick up a copy of the Order and Judgment from the Magistrate Court Clerk’s office in either the Dispossessory Division in TG-400 or the Small Claims Division located in TG-700.
You will receive a cost letter at the time the Notice of Appeal is filed. You will have twenty (20) days exclusive of weekends and legal holidays to pay costs.
