Superior Courts of Madison County
 

Madison County was created December 5, 1911 and named after President James Madison. The Superior Court of Madison County is located at 91 Albany Avenue, Danielsville, and presides over jury trials, rules on evidence, hears motions, and renders verdicts in bench trials. Each Superior Court Judge is a constitutional officer elected to four-year terms of office.


Terms of Court of Madison County commence on the 3rd Monday in April and 3rd Monday in October.
