Superior Court of Glascock County
 

Named after General Thomas Glascock from the war of 1812, the county was created on December 19, 1857. Located at 62 E. Main Street, Gibson, the Superior Court of Glascock County presides over jury trials, rules on evidence, hears motions, and renders verdicts in bench trials. Each Superior Court Judge is a constitutional officer elected to four-year terms of office.


Terms of Court for Glascock County commence on the 3rd Monday in February, May, August and November.
