Judicial Council Developing Civil Case Filing and Disposition Forms

ATLANTA – On May 9, 2017, Governor Nathan Deal signed Senate Bill 132 which provides for the promulgation of civil case filing and disposition forms by the Judicial Council of Georgia (see O.C.G.A. § 9-11-133). The Judicial Council has begun to develop the new forms which will go into effect, after approval by the Supreme Court of Georgia, on January 1, 2018. At this time, the forms will be hosted on the Supreme Court’s Rules website (gasupreme.us/rules/).

The current forms are hosted on the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority’s website (gsccca.org/file/civil-reporting-forms) and will be in effect through December 31, 2017.

If you have questions about these forms and their location, contact the Judicial Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts at 404-463-3808.
