- Employment Services
The Office of Human Resources provides human capital and talent management services to the AOC and external judicial branch entities. Services include: benefits and salary administration, performance reviews, policy management, professional training to enhance employee development, maintenance of official personnel records, and recruitment and hiring.
- Legal Services
The Office of General Counsel provides legal services to the AOC, members of the judicial branch, and the regulatory agencies of the judiciary. Services include drafting, negotiating and terminating all contracts and legal agreements; researching and analyzing legal questions; and providing habeas corpus forms to penal institutions. The legal staff also assists with managing approximately two million dollars in grants that provide civil legal services to victims of family violence.
